Nam, firstly thanks for being upfront about this. Some sellers/vendors aren’t quite so honest with communication especially when funds have already been handed over. I received my refund. While I’m sorry to hear you can’t commit to putting the ordered batch together in a timely manner, I don’t mind at all that you considered making this decision with your customers in mind first. Yeah it sucks to an extent, but like I posted before: MAKE YO’ MONEY MANG! I won’t feel bad about it.
Secondly, include me in non-official (and most like soon to be growing) list of folks who would like to know when you can start production again. I imagine an aluminum case could definitely sit proudly amongst my growing collection of custom sticks, and I’d be more than willing to pay the amount again.
I suggest we organize the group buying better next time. Making a proper list of people that will be willing to wait and set aside/have a budget only instead of an “interest” list.
Money will sit in the account for when you can do this Nam. Thanks.
