Will the website/store have an EMT option for those in Canada?
It’s the only payment method I have available ATM but I’d really like to purchase my parts from you.
on initial launch we will be accepting all majoe creditcards and bank echeck payments via paypal.
we will be implimenting support for interac shortly after that via authorize.net.
emt will be an option as well but will carry it’s own fee.

Man, dealing with you hasn’t been the best experience Brian. I ordered parts from you that you supposedly had in stock when they actually had to be ordered from the supplier. So many different reasons for delays and over a month later, I get tired of waiting so I ask for a refund. Waited for your reply, pending in paypal and then the refund failing in paypal. Over a week later, I’m still waiting for MY OWN MONEY!
So it’s been over 2 months now and I have NO buttons and have $52 LESS MONEY in my pocket! And then you’re gonna tell me the money is tied up with another transaction?
I think I have been very patient through all of this. We all have. This is no way to do business. You can’t treat your customers this way and you certainly can’t make them wait for their money when they ask for a refund. I need the money. I’m a single dad with priorities; food, rent; gas, bills, etc. DON’T make me wait for MY MONEY brian, PAY UP! I don’t care how, use another paypal acct. Or something.
another account? not possible. that would require another bank account and another process of verifications. it sucks that you had delays. and the buttons you wanted were busted. that sucks too. i offered a different color you declined. whatever happens with paypal is out of my control. im not dodging you in any way. you asked for it i issued it but then there was a hold on my account for another user who opened a dispute. that puts a hold on all funds on the paypal account. i have no control over that. you had your answer in the pm and email you sent. you asked for a reason and i gave one. the excuse of being a single dad and needing money for food and blah blah blah is a sad one. you would think a single fathe with priorities would give up video games and put those funds to more pressing things. you may think i am handling this all wrong but compared to other sellers your lucky i’m even responding and acknowledging fault where i can. i dont want to talk like this but clearly that’s what your asking for.
unless your in Canada or a local i have no other way of getting that refund to you other then paypal. so you can wait until this clears up and then have your refund issued. if you don’t like those policies that’s just the way it is.

I editted your first post and removed the part about the buyer covering Paypal fees.
As I already told you in a visitor message that is against paypal Terms of services and is therefore considered illegal.
If you do it again you will be banned.
Classic Infamous. As soon a someone speaks up about your shifty business practices you start personally attacking them. How professional is that?
The truth is you wasted my time. You wasted other people’s time. True, there are a lot of things out of your control but there are also many things you could have done that would have saved everyone some grief. For one, you took money from people who believed you had parts in stock when you actually didn’t have them and then didn’t bother to let those people know, we were wondering for weeks. Also, you would go weeks without replying to anyone, you would make fake promises and set false expectations. I’m not surprised that the guy put a dispute on your paypal, he read through the thread and didn’t believe a word you said!
Btw, its foolish to assume fathers who buy arcade parts and play video games don’t have they’re priorities in order. There are tons on dads on this board who would disagree with you. I guess its ok to be a father and SELL arcade parts though. It is a business after all. Does that make you an elitist?
