Hey, Brian. I sent you an email about a week ago regarding my package I haven’t received yet. You had responded by saying that you DID send the package and that it was tracked and subsequently signed for. Yeah, I did sign for that package, like, two months ago, because that was the ORIGINAL order. It was missing the quick disconnects I ordered but you had accidentally sent me an extra mounting plate.
So, I thought we had something worked out, since I mailed you back the mounting plate three or four days later, then waited patiently until you received it, then you were gonna mail me the stuff that was missing from the original order.
It’s been about six weeks or something like that, since you said you mailed the package to me through regular CanPost. I haven’t received anything in the mail, and in the meantime, I’ve ordered other things through people from Toronto and those packages were received in about five business days.
I’m not trying to rip you off because if I had received my package, why would I bother trying to get ten more bucks off of you? I just feel that since I made the effort of sending something back to you, that you could do the same. Also, it’s a real letdown when you’re expecting something in the mail that never actually arrives.
Please respond to my last email. My issue is with the second package, not the first.
if you go back into the history of this thread. your second package was indeed shipped along with others. i don’t know where you go saying i’m ripping you off. it’s quick disconnects dude?? that’s nickel and dime stuff. and i did reply to your email. so i’m not sure why your even posting here since you got your answer.
as of today anyone who wants things added or shipped out to them in addition to anything or wants something replaced or exchanged. shipping will always be via regular parcel with no tracking. i will not be held responsible again if something goes missing. if you want tracking people your going to have to pay up. no more free rides. i can understand 1 or 2 orders here and there but now it seems like everyone is abusing this and claims every single order has something wrong even when i myself take responsibility and pack them myself.
that being said David i will send out another batch of qd’s to you this friday along with psycho’s missing parts which i know i forgot. since it was not packed by me. as for everyone else from this day forth. shipping will be entirely be responsible on the buyers part from now on.
anyone who was offered free shipping on the ctuhulhu will still be honored as well. but it’s clear i have to put my foot down now. pictures will be taken of each and every single order before shipping. waybills as well. paypal will also most likely be removed. why? because some users think that dispute button is a joke when really it just ruins it for everyone and creates plenty of charge backs.
im not sure how big your case is. but i am holding an rg button and i can tell you it is exactly 2 inches in height. so i would say 2.5 inches of clearance would be recommended.
i assure you it will be along with a slew of other cans this user has opened up.
I’ve never done business with infamous but pre-sales and email responses were horrible… needless to say the bad communication and almost elitest attitude I got from his messages turned me the right off. I WON"T being doing business with him and looks like alot of others have been leaning the same way. Good luck to you and your site when it “launches”… hopefully the fad and your rep don’t run out.
I emailed akihabra and lizard lick both had excellent quick accurate replies and I went with akihabra. Shipped in no time to Canada and really price was reasonable. No excuses, missing parts, delayed shippments etc…

i’m not a seller who will bend over backwards for sales. and i never took rude comments well which is probably why you got some nice attitude back. nobody cares whether or not you buy from me anyways. because the reality is you were already shitlisted in the past if you check the time wasters thread. and like any seller i reserve the right to refuse sale at any time.

ummm I’m noticing the pickup pile getting higher. some of you as far back as group 3 i think have forgotten about your orders. i have sent emails a few times in the past reminding you for your pick ups.
new handling policy will be in effect soon to reflect this inconvenience of taking up space.
so far there are still about 23 orders paid for that have not been picked up. if i get no response from buyers by the 10th these items will become the rightful property of connected gaming inc. come on guys its been 4 months for some of you. come get your stuff. this isn’t public storage.

it may mean that. but you gotta let the buyers have some time. i think 5 months is being more then nice. it’s not small orders either its like full blown case stick buttons and more for my friends kinda orders. the pile is actually getting taller then me now.

I am simply there on business and to talk to customers.
