I still haven’t received the package yet, and it’s been almost a full month now. I’m sure it was a mistake, lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address, but it still sucks. I’ve been pretty patient, but in the meantime, I made an online order from a store in Toronto, it shipped out on a Friday and I received the following week by Thursday, standard post. So I dunno why this particular package is taking so long.
i have addressed and emailed and pm’d every response i was behind on.
some of you have gotten your refunds already. sorry but i had to treat each person in the order they come in.
if i do not respond to emails right away its because my inbox is mentally slammed from people wanting to order or asking when the site is going to be up.
at this point i am not taking anymore orders please please please wait until the store is up and do not refer friends or family just yet because it delays service overall for others who have ordered already.
once the site is up and operational which is this wednesday to friday. order taking and shipping tracking can all be managed online via your accounts so you wont need to ask me where this or that is anymore… lol of course you can still ask me stuff and i will still answer questions.
it seems that the response was higher then i expected which resulted in huge delays in service. for this i can say sorry to my customers who are waiting on paid orders but for other who have not ordered anything yet i can say thank you for showing your interest and support.
sooooo at this point i should of done this a long time ago. i will not be answering anymore emails or pm’s regarding new orders until things smooth out and the store is up and running. i will have more staff on here as of next week able to help out and answer questions.
oh and one more last thing. a lot of you complained about them and my staff had a headache with them so as of the store launch we are canning canada post and usps altogether and have decided to use fedex, ups and dhl as shipping partners now.
all in all… the last few weeks have been frustrating for all of us and tiring for some. i think most of you were handled to the best possible and i want to thank yo guys for being super patient even when things to my own standards were unacceptable. it truly shows that srk members are really loyal as they come.
Just one thing to note, I resent the email as a PM, and I had just gotten back from running errands, so I didn’t have time to check through my other random crap, and just realized I should check Paypal, and noticed that you have refunded my money for the part of my order being refunded. Shipping status questions still stand however.

i actually asked that ppl with cthulhu boards in their order to pm me last week as to whether they would like o wait for them or have their parts shipped now and then have the board sent when it is available.
