I live in Dayton, but I usually have Monday or Tuesday off so its refreshing to see something on those days.

Good stuff man and props for finding away to get us some extra matches. I am liking how we both play these days. Definately keeping each other on our toes. Also thanks for driving me around like always.
Now as a public service announcement, I must say that I can not reconmend the new Matt Damon movie ‘The Informant!’ in anyway. I watched it for free last night and trust me, that was paying too much. They should have paid me. Ugh, bad memories returning.

Explain. What is it about this movie that sucks? Did it look like something you wanted to see going into it? What other movies do you hate? What other movies do you like?
My movie tastes are much like my music tastes. I watch a little bit of everything. I had no intention of seeing it but my wife had free movie passes so we decided to make a night out of it.
The last movie I hated was Superman Returns and ironically the two movies share a lot in common. Both movies were directed by good directors who have given me good movies. Superman Returns was directed by Bryan Singer whom gave me the Usual Suspects and X-Men United. Steven Sonderberg previously directed the Ocean’s films so I hoped their track records would make the movie watchable, it did not.
Both movies have similar pacing issues and characters with next to no development. I am not asking for explosions or blood and sex from all my movies but some ‘action’ would have helped. The ‘Informant!’ had none.
All in all it was just a long bore and unlike Superman Returns, when I walked out I knew for sure that it wasn’t a good movie, at least for me. I realized Superman Returns was horrible when I was on a long train trip home and realized… Damn! that movie sucked.
The last movie I enjoyed was Watchmen. Good characters, a plot that moved the movie forward and some great scenes. As stated above through, I do watch a little of everything. Before Watchmen, ‘Burn After Reading’ by the Cohen Brothers was pretty good. It was quirky but it at least kept my interest.

Much better. I had thought about seeing the informant, but you seem to know what you’re talking about. Superman did suck. All Coen brothers movies are good. Prove me wrong. They have another one coming out in November I think. Can’t wait.
You know, I just realized I spent more time this summer catching up on films I’ve never seen (some on BluRay) instead of seeing some of the newer. Although, I am addicted to the The Neon (when I afford/make the time now). Thank god for libraries storing such good films…
On another note, in relation to the Tekken discussion on the previous page, I would recommend checking my youtube page. Like Phil, I am also a youtube junkie, so I have tons of favorites and subscribed pages everyday, including the ones the Dwayne listed. Take a look through the subscriptions or some of my favorites even because I usually like to think I favorite REALLY good matches of REALLY good players. If it is anything else, it’s probably something funny

I think Diego might be the title holder of hating SF4. He ALWAYS complains about that game. I believe he likes Street fighter the Movie better than that. Now that’s saying a LOT.
