I live in Beechmont. You gotta take the beechmont/amelia exit to get here from 275. And yeah, we have neighbors…super fat ones that walk around upstairs til 4 in the fucking morning.
So Dudley has to give up his better ultra to hope that Honda will use a move he doesn’t need vs a rush down character. Dudley can’t do anything about standing roudhouse except stand full screen away and count his rose petals. The lack of a real DP hurts against Honda’s command throw/ass drop mixup. Dudley always has to guess and risk more damage than Handa. I will say Duds can usually backdash for free cause Honda is scared to chase with headbutt, but backdashing=losing for Dudley because he is now in range to have his ribcage crushed by a cankle, which pushes him back into game over range. I’ts not a horrible match but certainly a disadvantage.
They have Dudley vs Ryu as a bad match, they must know something I don’t (and who doesn’t) because that shit is even steven.

I wanna have people over next week but like I said we don’t have many chairs so if you can bring one with you, do so. I’m thinking Wednesday since I’m off that day and Thursday is arcade day. I have a 360 with super and a tvc setup with 2 classic controllers, so we’ll need another 360 stick and some Wii sticks. I have 2 tvs as well so we just need another setup for whatever game for the other tv. If anyone can bring a tv that’d be great, just need 2 though. And of course 2 setups for games. What does everyone think? Wednesday sound good?

I thought he always had that move, isn’t it a staple of his fighting style? But WTF with that damage though.
He’s had that since at least VF4 (the one I started the series on…so he might’ve had it longer.)
I think though, before it was part of a throw combo. But he’s been doing that since at least VF4. So it’s a old/new move I guess.

Yeah, its the same animation as the third hit of one of his strings (I don’t feel like typing out the command for it…). I’ve never seen it do that much damage though. The first hit in the video looks like normal damage (whiff punish) while the second hit looks like a counter hit. In the last round though, he tries it again and it is -32!!! I don’t know too much about VF5 frame data (probably similar to Tekken…), but that’s definitely a launch/whateverthefuckyouwant punish.
It does look like b,f,f+P+K shoulder check, animation is modified slighty. It always did that type of damage and I think it has always been uber punishable because of the damage it does.
