I avoided playing SFIV but it sure wont happen with Super, I can imagine I’d be the only one not playing. So, I am going to tier/glitch/exploit whore as much as possible. Since I’ll actually practice this game, hopefully, I can make things resemble you guys trying to play me in Marvel… or Alpha…or CVS.
People are saying these have a 1 frame window in which to execute, likely most of us…take that back, ALL of us will not be doing it anytime soon. Hilarious glitch though.
The only character it’s really practical with is Seth. He doesn’t need an FADC to execute it, he has multiple setups for it, and his ultra is safe if he fucks up. That said, Jinrai has discovered ways for almost every character to escape Seth’s setup, but you have to escape before the superflash. Even if people couldn’t escape it, it wouldn’t be too major because Seth NEVER has trouble landing ultra. Also, with Sagat’s, there are a lot of characters who can block low against it. They eat the fireball, then fall out of range of the ultra.
Glad you like it lol. I’m almost through the first disc of Always Sunny. I think I’ll be coming down pretty early on Thursday this week, since I’m on Easter Break. Actually if there’s any get togethers or any thing going on I’d be up for it, I’ll have a little money.
i could prob be at al early too on thurs cuz im pretty sure christy is gonna be off that day but she might pickup so i dunno. she is off a lot this week so maybe we could get together for some games ill see whats up
GGs to Jesse last night, I need to learn the Blanka matchup for both Rufus and Abel. I also looked at my schedule after I got back last night and I’ve got Thursday off this week for once so I’m gonna try pretty hard to show up this week.

GGs Damon. I was secretly hoping a fighting game player would show up last night since I really didn’t get to play much on Saturday. We’ll play some more on Thursday if you make it out.
@ Mark - Always nice to have some new players, even though it is two more Balrogs In case you didn’t see it, here’s the link to the April events - http://www.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=228617

Trust in HAV and what he says. He knows what hes talking about as well as Bust. Also with rufus listen to adam and the thread.
Also my input , Hav says use st.strong to beat out dive kicks but also st.jab is really good too for potential reset mixup but its all your preference. Thats how I beat derricks rufus , but adams is a bit different.
I just heard some interesting news this morning from a few of my peeps I used 2 work w/ @ GW. Apparently Gameworks just closed down several of there locations 2day, including Columbus, Indianapolis, & Detroit. That’s some crazy shit right there. All I gotta say is that I’m glad my ass got out of there when I did.
Anywho, in terms of gaming this week 4 me, I’m not 2 sure if I’ll be able 2 play any games w/ ne1 in the next few days. I might be able 2 play on Friday, but even then it is difficult 2 tell w/ my work schedule, since my new workplace is getting in2 the nitty gritty of things & is about 2 open up soon, so they’ll have my shit on lock down 4 sure.
If I’m free on Friday, I’ll give some peeps a call & see what’s up. That’s all 4 now. Take it easy & have a good one. Peace. :china:
Well, playing Tekken over there was a blast though, and they were really cool about letting us run up credits and stuff for pretty much the whole night. I heard that at the other locations there was a greater amount of time between card swipes or something. I mean I’m glad you’re not still sitting on a sinking ship, but kinda sad that a place that was cool to me is going down.
