Dave: Yeah I got a 2 gig flash drive, I needed it to transport some of my music/ video files from my computer in Australia but I have cleaned it out and will bring it on Monday.

What games do you play? Gamesworks in Newport only has 5.0. I think we pretty much stopped playing that. Me, Sluch, and Drago are mainly Tekken players. Others in Fairfield play Tekken as well. Hardcore 3s, Marvel, and othe 2d fighters from the Dayton area.

Team F’Yeah(Sluch, Drago, and myself) get together once every week or so. The Fairfield peeps we get with every month more or less. The same with the Dayton crew.

If you have anymore questions; you should pm Sluch. He’s the organizer of get togethers around these parts. He’s the man.:tup:

Yeah, 2 honestly tellya the truth shouamabane, there’s no arcade scene here in the Tri-State area @ all.

That’s why all of the fighting gamers that play fighting games usually get-together @ someone’s place 2 play. Dave nailed it right on the head as 2 what all goes on essentially. :china:

Just 2 giveya further insight, there are a good # of peeps around here that play Tekken. If Tekken isn’t ur thing, don’t sweat it. There’s a lot of ppl that are really good @ other fighters around here as well, such as: 3S, MVC2, CVS2, Super Turbo, Guilty Gear, SSBB, Soul Calibur, etc. etc.

If u wanna hang w/ us sometime, just get in2 contact w/ me. If u wanna play a certain game, let us know what it is & I will letya know who it is that plays that game so u can get some good comp in that. Just let me know & I’ll be glad 2 helpya out bro. :tup:

Yep another good night of casuals. Good games to Derrick and co. Chase’s Marduk is a really force and lol keep experimenting with Baek Brandon… maybe if we give him some Jamaican colors he will kick more ass. Also good games as always to Mike, Dave and Darrius. I would love 2 go (trust me, I really would), but there’s no way 4 me 2 call off of work that day. I’m already scheduled 2 work that day, & if ur scheduled, there’s no way 4 me 2 get out of it, especially a Saturday, the busiest day of the week. I like Gameworks & I don’t mind being a manager there, but damn, in instances like these, there isn’t shit I can do. Can’t switch off or anything! :sad:

Hi ppl. I’m going to be in Athens Ohio for 3 weeks starting the 19th. In the weekends I’ll be free to travel and do things and I’d like to get some games in where ever. I saw Popoblo post in here on page 1. I would have loved to play him in CvS2 but he retired or something. I play 3S and CvS2 and suck at everything else. Any tips on where I should be if I want to find some competition? Anyone want to meet up? Let me know.

I’m the only serious CvS2 player left in Kentucky iirc, obviously I’m not nearly as good as popoblo but I’m pretty decent player for someone who doesn’t have any competition. I’d love to play against your King & Haohmaru but I don’t know if I would be able to travel in these next few weeks.
There’s a tournament in Tennesse on the 26th, it’s T5DR & 3S only, but if I go I’d definitely try to run a CvS2 tourney.

For 3S, you probably should try going to Cincinnati or Columbus, maybe Indianapolis.
