I think I also saw a couple of light punch kikouken in sweep range. That’s generally not recommended from what I know.
Yeah, I was playing pretty scared after the first round, you can definitely see that I was shook up. I thought there was no way someone with that many points would jump so much. o_O I usually try to be a little more careful with my Kikoken usage, but my goal was to try to make him quit walking forward. He was acting like he was the terminator or something! I wanted those points soooooo bad. Just…needed…chip…damage!

I didn’t know you could combo off Cr. HP without canceling the second hit, thats the only part that confused me about the whole video.

anyways that combo is only possible because you are hitting a fat crouching dude lol, the second hit of the cr.hp hits on the 2nd active giving +3 advantage thats all

This was a fun match. I still, for the life of me, cannot figure out what I was trying to do with that jump at the end of round 1. I thought maybe I was trying to hazanshu and over extended into a jump, but the inputs aren’t even close to that. I dunno…

Versus Ken: Only because there is a story behind it. He called my Ibuki scrubby and proclaimed my Chun is no better after I told him I mained her and was trying to learn Ibuki. Needless to say he left after this fight.
