The body’s been identified through dental records, it’s confirmed as Dorner.
RIP to him, the way the LAPD/Media edited and censored his manifesto, pretended that he rather than the LAPD was a threat to the public, and claimed to unintentionally burn down the cabin despite clear video evidence is all seriously fucked up.

And he didn’t do fuck all to the maid’s. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT. Tied them up and apologized and told them he would never hurt them. He knew what he was doing. He wasn’t a crazy nut who went off. This was a man with a plan and action, and I pray to God he gets the wheels of motion going. He paid a terrible price to exact change, but I still think what he did was technically the right thing to do in his situation. Better options? Possibly. But he got attention where it needed to be, and might actually fix what is broken.

He could have exited the cabin. If he had a way to escape alive, he would have done it before the fire started. Unsure if he had a way of communicating with the police, but I’m assuming he didn’t. Regardless, he was likely a dead man. He killed a couple people and a police officer. If he wasn’t going to die in a shootout, he was going to die in prison from old age or execution. As a result, he ended up taking his own life (assumingly).

Source of cops yelling? First I’ve actually heard that specific quote. Not only the LAPD was there, but then again all cops are scumbags anyways so it wouldn’t have mattered what other departments were there lolol.
