High School and beyond I’ve met girls who looked older but were younger than me, and I’ve met ones that looked younger but were at least 2 to 3 years my senior.
There’s plenty of girls who don’t look their age, whether it’s how they dress/act, their life/living situation, or good ol’ fashioned genetics.
You can’t always apply your experience to others, especially when you don’t know where they live and what their particular average female population looks like. Your own assumptions can make an ass out of you, not me.

Like I said before in this thread most girls at 16 will look nearly identical to how they will look in their early 20s. As a example Chloe moretz is unlikely to look radically different at 21 then she does now.
