What’s up guys. My name’s Billy. Some of you have met me already, but I haven’t been to a gathering for a while. I was at that Nickel City tournament a while back, but I missed UFGT7 because of work. I play sf4 (Adon, Balrog) and mvc3 (Wolverine, Doom, Akuma). I’m on the north side of Chicago in Rogers Park with no car right now. I’m gonna try to make it to some gatherings soon.

KOF Players, which versions do you play? I know 98 and 02 tend to be considered the best versions, wondering if there’s anything else I should look for.
Hey guys, about the forthcoming Domingo BBQ.
Trained chef (me) should be in the house, as long as the sky doesn’t look like a 5 day old mule-kick bruise, and there’s not the fucking biblical noahs ark rainstorm going on again.
Any of you guys on the culinary/foodie tip, though?
If so, would there be any interest in having some S-Tier grilling going on?
Boxed burgers and dogs are fine by me, but if we have preparation time. Let’s use it.
I’d like to be doing something like Asian/Vietnamese style pork loin with soy, ginger, garlic glaze, with sugar butter lime carrots or something, and tacos, definitely tacos.
Lime/tequilla/cumin marinade aracherra. Corn fried tortillas. Chile de arbol/agave pico de gallo.
(possibly even a return of that mango salsa from last year, with chips)
You get the idea.
Can probably also pull some sick kabobs out and pass em out to everyone if we have adequate supplies.
Anyone up for pooling resources on that sort of thing, or anything else for that matter?
I’m all ears to that, and you could be all mouth, eating.
But I don’t want to bust this out if people aren’t going to care what’s to eat as long as it’s there for them to eat.

Gonna need about 2.5-3 hrs of grill time for the pork, Domingo. That gas grill might be the joint for it.
If there’s not enough propane for it, be sure to let a motherfucker know in advance.

The propane tank was just changed about a month ago and we have used the gas grill I think twice only. Should be enough but ill look and see if we have a back up tank.
Also I have a TON of little peppers that we grow here in the garden and are delicious. Too bad the tomatoes havent grown all the way yet or we could have used those too. There are plenty of produce places around the area so if you want you can wait till you get out here and we can go together. If you want to preprep / marinate the meat you should get out here a little earlier. Id say if you want to help prep everything around 2:00 PM or earlier would be ideal. Just hit me up, my number is posted in the OP.
