People knew me for Blazblue because I vehemently told people all over Dustloop/tournaments the game sucked and needed to get a proper system before it was going to be cared about by more than 12 people.
They called me a troll. Regardless, people still know me in America from West to East.
Also, I can no longer play SSFIV online, played against another Vega that just mashed on Cr.LP and Cr.MP. Wanted to choke him, he beat me and asked how I could have possibly have gotten 3k pp and that I was boosting. SSFIV is probably one of the worst Video games to attempt to learn anything online with.
Don’t stop playing online. It is still needed to fill the gaps that the midwest can’t provide, and it was the only way I improved faster than others for a time. Just don’t put stock in matches with a bad connection or a turbo player and you’ll save yourself the frustration.

NEW! The Raffle: We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a raffle at some point during the tournament for people who bring setups to the event. Prizes on offer will include a MAS stick case with buttons, Galloping Ghost Arcade gear, and more. The only way to be entered into the raffle is to bring equipment or help with the running of the event (see volunteers below). You will earn one (1) raffle ticket for brining a monitor or for bringing a game system with at least one of the tournament games. People who run brackets successfully will also get at least one ticket. So again, please bring set-ups to GGA on Wednesday. And if you have anything you would like to donate to the raffle, please contact one of the tournament organizers.
I have the 20mb down/5mb up Comcast connection and its fine, actually I have never had problems with Comcast. What I do recommend is for people to have a good router and to set your system to DMZ. Also check and see how you get your line in your house / apt is. Go outside and see if you can get into the box, look and make sure that that your connection has the least amount of splits, too many splitters and you are going to be losing packets left and right. I have gone and done this before, I went and plugged my line right at the first split to make sure I had the best quality line in my APT complex :). I am sure though you have done all this Humbag as you seem to know your technology.
