Yes I realize the P2 isnāt straight. They use mounting nuts and they donāt fit.

What kind of paint is that?
Finally finished painting and changing the parts of my TE and as a noobie to modding i guess it came out decent enough.
-Painted everything with Krylon Spray Paint
-Ordered the buttons and balltop from Lizard Lick
(did the twisted color look with 4 blue OBSF-30 with the stock white OBSF-30)
-Plexi and dust washer from Arthong
-Art printed at kinkos and cut out with an exacto knife
-Laminating sheets and adhesive spray for the cord compartment door

Hopefully this looks cool to you guys and any suggestions on how to polish Krylon spray paint? A nice glossy finish might make this look better :pleased:
That looks really cool, and I donāt even know what that art is from.
I kind of like it dull instead of glossy. But Krylon makes a clear coat if you wanted to give it more of a shine.
You know whatā¦I think Iām gonna do just that. Didnāt even cross my mind that I could do that.

Nice did you use a stencil to do the chains?
Yeah, it is, sorry, thinking on it now, I chose the wrong words for it. I did use a program called Genuine Fractals to expand it, which helps to keep it from getting as blocky as a normal resize would make it. But I did make it 300dpi, which should improve the looks. Try printing it out on a regular inkjet before paying for Kinkoās to do it to test it out, see if its an improvement.

Actually i did put 2-3ish coats of the Krylon clear coat and thats what helped give it that even look after painting but i was checking around here on some threads and i dont really remember where but someone said using Turtle Wax was ok but wouldnāt that just mess up my paint job in my situation? oh and to answer your curiosity about the theme its Black Rock Shooter.
Yes i did. Except i kinda got lazy making new ones for each separate chain and kept reusing the same original 3 i made and well after using it the 2nd time, i pulled it off and saw some paint had seeped under and so i had to repaint those mistakes with a small brushā¦ so what i got outta that experience is make a new stencil for each paint job if you want it to come out problem free. Oh and thanx again for the compliment
