I dont think I could bring myself to actually play on something that beautiful.

I must have played about 4-5 variations with Norris arcade cases and they’re definitely full of win.
These guys never cease to amaze me with their superior woodworking skills.

Just got a few sticks…

Just paid for this puppy today. I Got lucky, the person first in line was flaky and never responded to pm’s. Should be here next week. Custom by Laurie w/ Sanwa Flash. Im considering selling the case or trading it to a builder. It would be expensive!(200$ Shipped w/o flash) Im not into the layout, but the case is a work of art. Ive also heard laurie does no longer make cases. I may mod it and put a button underneath as there is no guide/home button. Heres the original thread with some pics. Since I secured the Laurie I sold an ASCII to a good friend. We gutted it, retrofitted with Sanwa parts where possible and installed it into his TE.

The ASCII is pretty much the same thing as a Flash with a shorter shaft, but you can swap out most the parts for sanwa. The ASCII do feel to be made out of lower grade plastics and I absolutely hate how the ASCII’s have the wire soldered to the PCB.

Also, If anyone is intersted in an ASCII flash clone PM me. I MIGHT be down for sale or trade, but be warned its expensive!

Ooohh, I have a SNK and a CAPCOM ASCII Stick around somewhere. Are they easy enough to mod?

Buttero is a master, the thing feels like I freshly skinned drum
I was stuck using other peopls sticks all weekend at SB4 so I felt alot of setups, and I feel like this buttero case is way nicer than any store bought, HORI, TE, SE.

Just an opinion, worth the money.

The base - Stick is bolted through feet (white rubbery as buggery) with 70mm M5 bolts into top. Back opens up so you can dump the cord inside.

Im happy considering how long it took (10hrs) - wiring is the insides of a VSHG so will do this properly at a later date.

Graphic can be whatever as I purposefully made sure its A4 and can print it at home on my Canon iP4600.

Put it on my TE to try it out…might move over to my Voltech stick

its like an optional anatomical setup.
the pinky and thumb buttons are actually left trigger right trigger.
I dont even use them I just fiqured it was a more useful option than the typical setup.

No I think it’s awesome. My voltech has a darker theme with a black meshball though, I think it would fit better on there but not sure.

Blaze Twin…

This arrived yesterday…

I think I feel a full mod comin’ up on this one…it feels fuckin’ cheap.

When I got it, it was missing a button, so I swapped the Player 1 side out…

Changed both balltops, because the stock ones are shitballs…they still have large seams in them from the plastic molding…swapped for Sanwa balltops.

Current buttons are Hori harvested on 1P side and stock slushmuffins on 2P side…

I think I can make this a nice stick, but it’s gonna take a lot…

I’ll up pics whan I get around to actually doing it…
