Congratulations on getting your board going. I’m always happy to see other works similar to mine be tried, and I wish you the best of success.
With that said, I can’t help but feel it is a bit rude to use photos of one of my boards, poorly photoshop them, and display them as one of your own for sale.

Nice one man. I really love that. Of course, the case is astounding, due to its stevetrenness. However, I have seen tons of viewlix panel look-a-like sticks, but I really like this one. I think it goes with the case really well.

Steve’s pics of the cocobolo were much lighter. I barely see any red in that cocobolo. Please tell me that your camera just has bad quality and it actually looks way more red in person 
Its prolly just the lighting. I take most of my pics outside in better light. You can tell by looking at the color of his viewlix art, its very dark. Most hardwoods look better in person.
yeah, I even noticed that his Vewlix art looks way too dark too

Judging by that dust washer I’d say that’s a Taeyung Fanta, which would explain the stiffness of the joystick. If you work with it for a while it’ll loosen up considerably. Take note that the red korean joysticks are no longer in production (at least not for Myungshin or Taeyung) so that’s kinda like a collector’s item. :tup:

EIther way, it looks great, the pearl button REALLY complement the design…

Thanks for the info. I’ll give it a little more work in Street fighter 4. Not a lot of info on Korean sticks. you would think they would have stamped their name on it somewhere.

I decided to make a fightstick unlike any I have seen before. Here are some of the pre completion pics. I’ll post the finished product when its done.

my only beef is please change the buttons… if you are going to go black rim… do them all black rim… and change the orientation to where they at least match the Xbox default pattern…

Yea, the buttons will be, just snapped em randomly in for the general idea. And the red with black was a mistake. Ill order the right one when I get my clear ball top sometime this week.
Interesting design, Cap’n. If you could somehow give the case a rusty, weathered look like in the design then I think it’d look superb.
Yo Capn, it would be really sick too if you could make it a real functioning clock. Yeah, make the box rusty looking like the art. JK on the clock idea, but seriously though… =)
Awesome looking Cocobolo stick. I agree with ecks, I think the Vewlix artwork works particularly well with this stick. Congrats on a great custom.
Just an update here. Finalized it. Wiring redone and button changes. This baby is locked and sealed.
