Really hope he goes over I really like the way he plays blanka and the stuff he does makes the most sense to me.

I was lurking on Decapre’s forum and found someone saying that the ability to punish Blanka balls is the most important factor in the MU Blanka vs Any Character… oh god, have mercy on his soul…
Welcome to every character forum they all talk about how to counter blanka ball and once that discussion is over. They think they got their anti blanka down… But thanks to these retarded match up thread it’s the same reason why nearly everyone lose to me the first time they play me if they haven’t played any other good blanka.
ugh… cr.hp can’t be cancelled during it’s later active frames which makes it harder to use during footsies if you want cr.hp EX RFADC. It seems EX RFADC always connects from the range where it can cancel though.
It’s nice to know that Red Focus causes 50% more damage.
A level 3 Red Focus deals 225 with Blanka (Honda does 240), if you have two bars and can close a match, maybe it’s a good idea…
it’s character specific, whiffs at max range vs. a few characters like adon unless they increased the range on it. I remember I had it whiff a few times during loctest.
I haven’t played Blanka hardly at all so far though.
Learning a new character is hard, but Decapre is so much more fun to play than Blanka.

Most of his damage came from hop > throws… and even some reversal elecs…

Haven’t posted for awhile due to multiple reasons
- Been extremely busy with life and work so less chance to play
- Haven’t played usf4 as much as I want because arcade here haven’t gotten it yet
- Didn’t even make it when daigo was here for the tournament despite signing up and the day before tourney my wife told me I actually have stuff to do that day… I heard in the kumite the only player that beat him is the same Sagat player I usually lose to .

regular roll u1 or cr.mp punishes(block crouching for easier punish), ex is dicey and highly space dependent.
cant find crossup ball setups anywhere aside from watching videos. All I’ve really seen is f-throw–> L upball --> H horizontal ball cross up and f-throw–> L horiz ball --> wait or whiff cr.mk–> H horiz ball cross up
