Hi, I’m new to the area and was hoping to get in on some of the game nights. I play MvC3 (and 2, but not for a while) and all the Guilty Gears. I’m down in West Ashley, but I’m up in Goose Creek a lot since I work on the Naval Base.
I won’t be able to make it. I work weekends for now still 
My interview in the morning will hopefully make this a thing of the past D:<
I’m more interested in level up sessions than I am tournaments, personally. Sometimes game nights can devolve into people desperately trying to get that one win to validate themselves as opposed to trying to figure out the match up. I still stand by my belief that casuals should be for learning, not confidence boosting 
If anybody wants to learn how to play as/against any characters that I play, let me know. Unfortunately I’m not nearly as up to speed on these games as I was a few years ago, but at the very least it will give me additional incentive to get my game legs back.
Characters I feel comfortable coaching (character in parentheses are in progress):
MvC3: Felicia, Amaterasu, Sentinel, Wolverine, (Wesker, Taskmaster, Dante, Storm, Magneto)

I’m still waiting for my job to establish a start date…it’s taking forever. But, the good news is that I’m able to collect unemployment until I get a start date established AND I have a lot of free time! I was playing Crysis 2 and got pretty far in it. Sometimes, I wish I was single again so I can hang out with my PUA buddies again. Ah, the good old times.
How is Crysis 2? Is it as demanding on system specs as the first one was?
