I really wanted Juggernaut, it’s a shame that he got cut.
However, the character that I wanted the most and I still have my hopes high for is Ruby Heart.
I miss my old main 
Cammy and Rogue. Because of that, I had to switch my team and find substitutes in MVC3. I’m satisfied with my team now, but I would love if those two would come back.
The answer to this question should be pretty damn obvious.
I guess Ruby and Cable would have been cool, too.
I really really wanted Venom in this game even though I knew he wasn’t going to get in because of Marvel’s current continuity. His sprite looked way too cool in MvC2. Jin Saotome and Hayate would’ve been cool too even though Zero kind of replaced Hayate.
Black Panther, he would have been sick.

This game showed how important it is to bring back as much of a popular cast as possible. Especially when the fans kept the last one alive for 10 years straight. Even though I love 3, it’s just never gonna stack up to 2, or even feel like a real sequel in my mind’s eye. I miss everybody you guys mentioned above, but Juggernaut, Venom and Cammy are missed the most, then Jin, Hood and Marrow, believe it or not, and even Sonson.
The 3D resources are now in place for a sequel, hopefully in 4 years or less. All they gotta do is keep adding to the roster with OLD and NEW characters.
The way this game was marketed led everyone to believe they might keep releasing DLC characters throughout the years. I think that’s their worst crime with 3-that they aren’t going to stir up excitement for it each year after, by offering 2-4 characters per year to keep it fresh (THEY COULD DO THIS NOW). 'Makes me nuts. The cast should hit “100” by the time MvsC4 is out.
