Capcom Japan’s official site for CFE/J has been updated with an interview and, more importantly, a combo video. The first half of it is pretty basic crap, but the second half has plenty of good links and infinites that are obviously Hauzer only.
Awesome. I’m suprised Capcom would want to show off infinites in their own game.
I can’t believe how sick those combos were considering how hard the timing is on some of the links are in this game, of course those are all really impractical save a few. Very cool none the less.

Where on the site is the combo vid?
Click on the top menu option under “New” just before the question marks. It should be the one before the last.
Then just click on the box to start downloading and when it’s done, click on play.
Pretty cool combos, but it’s really annoying how they start midway into the combo AND there’s no way to rewind.

I didn’t see any infinites, some long ass links but where was the infinite?

That was some nice ass combos. Too bad most of them only work on hauser.
The only thing that looked like an infinite was that one Jedah combo where he does j.HP, lands, rejumps, and j.LP into more stuff.

Yea I know how to save it. First I recommend that you clean out all of your temporary internet files by right clicking on the C drive then click on properties. Then Disk Clean Up. Then Click okay. Go to the site again. Then load the vid again. Once youve done that. Go to your C drive right click, click properties, disk clean up then click on temporary internet files to highlight it. Then click on View Files. Search through the folders for something that is 17mb or has the name mov02[1](At least that is what it was called for me.) It is a Shockwave flash object but you can play it on explorer. I hope I typed everthing right…
the one where hauzer throws them up in the air (or maybe it was dp) then juggles them on the charge super, does it at the other end of the screen. looked like an infinite.
Rule of thumb: if it requires meter, it’s not an infinite (unless you can completely refill the bar in between iterations).
I should’ve said infinite: if you look in the b/g of the intro for the 2nd half of the vid, you’ll see Jedah do three iterations of that re-jump combo on Hauser they show later in the vid. I assume it’s an infinite unless something changes when you get him in the corner. Nevertheless, it’s not game-breaking or anything… just nice combo vid fodder.
Anywho, good vid (well, the 2nd half anyway) and a great jumping-off point for all you combo vid mavens out there.
I also like how they demonstrated the air Guard Break (Guile over Jedah) and how small the CC activation invincibility is at 50%. Good stuff Capcom Japan.
i guess capcom got sick of ppl of breaking their games & hired there own crew! =P maybe since no1 piays this they are trying to actract the marvel crowd since they play anything with infs! does any1 want to dust off there CFE CD & try the combos out? yippie! the CFE guide is outdated! :party:
I think they are showing off some CFJ bonus DVD, it looks like the Japanese version is getting a special treat.
