I dont think the comet was pyron. It would be stupid if it was pyron because shin akuma just beat crap out pyron. It was a metorite, which was about to hit earth and kill all the inhabitants, but akuma flew at it and destroyed it. I didnt know Akuma flew??? They are turning akuma into a SUper saiyin.

The Shin Gouki from CFE is the same one from CVS2. The same Kanji on his back and that News Report lady from the CVS series is in his ending. He’s not so much flying as he’s leaping up very very high to destroy the meteorite.
So, he’s Gouki + Orochi power. If someone could do this he could.
Heh, in comics Avengers/JLA is being continued without Marvel. CFE uses Shin Gouki from CVS2 without SNK. I find the irony strange.
We did not put the words in… so I have no clue yet as I have not gotten the time to unlock Akuma (anyone, how to unlock him?) yet in the game.

There’s a quicker way.
Win every round, get two or three perfects. He will challenge you after Pyron. Beat Shin Gouki, you get his stage and you can play as him too.
shin gouki? akuma? normal? shin? i’m getting a bit confused… when you say “Shin”, and you say from CVS2- do you mean the one with the white hair??? (which is super sick crazy fighter)
or are ya just talkin about normal akuma- with red hair- but with the “godman” kanji? (not the tien sign)

Shin Gouki with white hair. All Shin Goukis have white hair BTW. (SFZ Series, SF3 Second Impact, Giant Attack.) His skin is reddish like CVS2 and he has the same Kanji on his back as CVS2, it’s different then the usual ‘Ten’ symbol.
As far as moves, he has the SF2 Bar, but has 3 Supers plus his Shun Goku Satsu that can reach across the screen.

Godman = Orochi Akuma?
Well Akuma can presumeably fly or leap very high. We see it when he does his misogi move.
Other SF characters that can fly: Bison, Oro and Dhalsim. Gill probably too.

Because if Akuma is the most powerful in the game then he should be able to sort of fly…right? or leap REAL high.

but would be cool to see. How come bison is still in the games though? is that why they are speculating bison isn’t even human anymore?(“vega”-cape) because i remember seeing the SF animated movie, and he was a bit crazy when fighting ken and ryu, lol.
You can see Gouki kill Vega in SF2 if you fulfill all the requirements to fight Gouki. Albeit sometimes, he’s on the floor getting up holding his head like he’s in pain, but officially he’s dead.
None of the Versus Games are official, they are out of continuity. Which is why anybody including dead Nash or Sakura hanging out with SF3 characters and still 16 can happen in vs. Games. Vega does not show up in SF3, the official series.
Vega has an imortal soul, but the Shin Goku Satsu targets the soul, thus sending it to Hell. Vega can’t even escape that move.
Vega and Rose were one person, but at some point when Vega tossed out the good side of his personality, this created Rose. When his body was destroyed in SFZ3, his soul went back into Rose’s body, and his scientists gave him a new body. This is why he is weaker during SF2, he had his good side returned to him.
But like I said, the Shun Goku Satsu targets the soul, so Vega’s dead. Rose too.

Well that ending doesnt sound so bad.
The best Gouki ending is in Chaos though when he callenges god!
