i was reading the plotguide and i cant come to term that gouken got beaten by bison. How is it possible that bison was able to beat gouken but lose to chun Li? I would think that Akuma is the strongest

gen, bison, rose tied for 3rd.
im saying rose because, apparently rose is a seperation of bison so i believe that bison might be tied or a bit stronger than her.
it was Either Chun-li or Guile that Beat Bison in SF2,but that was a weakened Bison if they had Fought bison During his Alpha days they would have been slaughter.
Bison during SFA3 probably went into this
range, also. Being able to take on Ken and Sakura at the same time (only
forced to retreat due to Ryu coming to), then Rose, then all 13 Dolls, then
Guile, Chun-Li, and Charlie has got to say something.

Is that anything like a weekend father with visitation rights? For some reason this conjures up images of Bison holding hands with his kids, going to the zoo and pointing out the wild animals.

We still don’t know how Bison returned in SF2. What the plot guide offers is conjecture and not fact.
Chun Li probably was the last person to fight Bison or see him alive, she also probably saw Akuma kill him, however she did not kill or defeat Bison.
I personally don’t think Bison is completely dead. His soul isn’t a human soul, it transcended that ages ago, therefore it would be logical to assume that the effects of the raging demon wouldn’t be the same. Gill was able to survive it afterall and he is no longer human.

Sakura: My favorite Street Fighter character of all time in an hilarious ending!! XD!! Dan…Sakuras eternal punching dummy! I wonder what Keis pissed off about though…
