Top 5 payout for SSF4? Hmmmm…

Christ man, is your goal in life to drain my wallet via tournaments?

Time to make sure I’m off that day.

I’m liking this, bb tournament for every month.

Believe me man I actually understand and feel your pain. I wonder if I’m doing too many, but I get offers all the time from venues to put together events and hopefully everyone is enjoying and appreciating all the tournaments I’m doing… This is going to be my last one for a few months after that anyways.

I know that I and my VS Corps brethren appreciate every tournament you’ve been making so far. So definitely we thank you for everything. Without you, there would be no scene here. Anyways, I’m definitely going to try and make this. I won’t say yes right away because last time I did that, a lot happened to me (you know what I’m referring to). So I’ll be hoping to make it.

Ay man, youre keeping the CFL community alive and well, keep it up. None of your tournaments have been less than excellent.

Is there an issue with top 5 payout? If the community has any suggestions i’d love to hear it.

I’ve always been a believer in a better payout if there’s 50+ players in a tournament and I know this tournament will have a big draw SO, If we don’t have more then 50 players it’ll be a top 3 payout only but I don;'t think that’s going to happen.

Also you guys are gonna be in for a real treat on their HUGE immersive Screens for the big matches and finals.

@ alex, you should post up some pics of the venue or a site to display

Here’s the Website for the great Hosts of the event 3D Perception.

Not sure of any pictures of their setups but I’ll work on all that after I’m done with EXP con next weekend.

Its going to be a projector based for most of the screens, and maybe two or three TV set ups. The room will be darkened so they actually look pretty good. We have two halls set up as well. One hall with host 6-7 screens, five projector based, and our main hall which is a 180 degree sphere. Perfect for our main event fighters.

Can, i ask on why your only doing two games and, not like 4 or so.

Because Space is limited to about 10 setups or so and this is the first event in a New Building. And in the Orlando area BBCS and Super are the 2 most popular fighting games going on. Not going to just throw bunches of games together with 8 men or less turnouts.

Naw man, I love the fact that there’s always a tourney to attend, but broke-ass me can’t really afford to play in them all. I ain’t bitchin in the least, tournaments are what I would prefer to spend my money on, even if there’s little chance of me winning, just because of the fun and the chance to play against other people

Pretty much what Jebailey said. We aren’t sure how much room we are going to have for the tournament/causals so we don’t want to promise to have a game featured, then have to back out last minute. Since we are using projectors to cure most of the lag complaints, we are taking up more room than you are used to with television set ups. We also plan on doing Smash Brothers tournaments in the near future once we see how this goes so maybe in another month or two we can accommodate other games. Sorry man.

Don’t apologize Erick, he never shows up to events anyways.

Oh no. It’s a good thing.

i always show up, biut ya its like a 3 hour drive for every tourny.
