DLC can be used offline on the first console you download it to. In the event that console goes bad, you can transfer the licenses to the new console so that it can be used offline. If a person buys a new console and does not transfer the licenses over, then it can only be used while connected to XBox Live. But as I said earlier, if the licenses are transfered over properly this will not be an issue and the DLC can be used offline.
I have a small question, this is the first major i’ve considered trying to make but it’s not really driving distance. I honestly don’t think i’ll make top 8 or anything BUT was wondering whens the general time the tournament will end on Sunday since i’m very interested in staying the entire time. I’d be going by train which looks as though the best option would to be coming in Thursday afternoon and departure is Sunday night around 7:30 pm. Would atleast SF4 be done by then or does anyone have a general idea of times?
You can’t every please everyone, but in this situation I’d rather please 90% of the people wanting AE rather than the 10% that hates the idea. The game isn’t as big of a difference as the entire world is making it out to be. There’s been AE tourneys and nobody has been picking Oni Or Evil Ryu or for that matter besides the people who always win tourneys anyways the twins. Whether it’s Super or AE the same like 14/15 out of top 16 will be the same exact people. Wouldn’t you rather have a new game where things could become a surprise rather than on Super where we know the endgame for the most part. It’s for the benefit of Florida as a whole.
I wanted to explain my reasoning behind saying “No” to AE on Facebook-
As a TO, I would say a large percentage of participants will be coming in to compete for a chance to win money. Top players probably already live in a big city with AE access. I didn’t feel it was right to make the skill gap even larger between those with higher levels of competition (likely from NY, CA, or other large areas) and those from smaller states or regions. If the game’s been out for a couple of weeks, it’d be fine but four days makes it difficult for anyone to get any sort of substantial experience with how the game works.
That being said, AE would be far more popular especially considering this is probably the first US major to use it and it’d generate a lot more viewers (with their hype) on the stream. As “unfair” as I originally believed having AE was, you’re right in saying that those who will win AE are almost exactly the same people who would’ve won SSF4. So, I think this was an excellent decision made by CEO and I look forward to watching your stream.
I’m free either way, I’m just looking forward to playing all of the stronger players outside of the tournament matches and in those late night crack sessions so that I can just become better!!!
Looking forward to meeting up and playing AE with errrybody, cause MvC3 is getting boring quick! lololol

Anyone have a good idea of a decent taxi service for 2-3 people if we’d be heading in through Amtrak to the Orlando amtrak station? Not really sure who’s reputable and don’t wanna get dicked on poor service and paying high prices. I assume because it is the train station in Orlando they gotta have some sort of transportation to somewhere.
Your Safest bet would be Yellow Cab in orlando. 407-699-9999. If it’s the Amtrak Station near downtown Orlando, it’s probably about a 20-25 minute car ride to the CEO Venue so I’m gonna guess and could be wrong it’ll be like 40 each way. Doesn’t hurt to call them up and ask.
Thanks for all the helpful info man, I was a bit surprised at first but i’ve been raising alot of interest in NC about this lol. 40ish each way isn’t bad split between people. It says the station is
