I did not really go to sf4 tournys at all till i picked up the game in Nov, for final round which by the way you did not make top 10 in. Just throwing it out there.
Also just in case that you may not know that i have placed top 8 and, even won 2 sf4 tourney’s when i was only 3 or so months into the game.
Let’s do this, So who is it going to be Rog,Ryu or Guile. Against my Bison, Guile juri. have till the end of next week to pick your player and, there Ultra.

I was just teasing about the top finishes lol. And I got 17th at Final Round which I’m pretty proud of considering I lost to Marn and JTO who placed top 10. How’d you do. I think Wong perfected you lol. Yeah I should pick Rufus Against you for an easy win.

In other News Play n Trades in Orlando are working up something to offer me in exchange for some shoutouts and putting a banner at the event which is Totally fine by me. They’ve done some good things locally for smaller tournaments so this could help turn into something more down the road. For sure they’re helping with 2 setups free of charge and may be able to offer some gift cards. I’ll let everyone know what happens.

8 entrants so far for TvC with 4 of them being myself and 3 of my team mates…hope we get some more love.
Really, updates to how many people are going are not goign to lift numbers. While if you go into the florida threads and try to get their 2 or 3 people that might play the game to come out and support the game, you might see the numbers go up a little. Don’t just post dribble, get out there and “DO WORK”
There will be 3 setups that I know of on saturday to show the game off to people and if you guys can get more setups then that just means more places to “teach” people the game. With a place like this to show it off this scene might actually see a good push from sat to sun. Nothing like hype MM’s (or maybe there will be one??) but just getting the SSF4 crowd and the Brawl/Melee crowd to play the game some more.
If you play TvC and are comming, do not just bring yourself and your controller, bring anything you can think of to help, converters, Classic Controllers, Sticks, Ps2 sticks, wii motes and nunchucks (yeah I said it), Ps2 controllers, I really can not think of anything else. Just help let anyone who is afraid to admitt they like the game, or just lookng for a sorry excuse not to play the game that they are welcome to enjoy the free play area all day saturday and encurage them to play in sundays tourney.
See now that post was neutral and helpful, no more fan boy ways. If it works it works but if not… Probly because of the game and not the scene.
Edit: I have 3 converters but only one of them is the Joybox (SRK approved one, with no lag) one, so if you have one but do not know if there is lag or not just bring it and we could hook it up and see what people think. I really do not think my other two have lag but I could be wrong.

I have been doing “WORK”. I posted the CEO thread in the TvC forums here on SRK and I’ve been going around asking people if they want to come. Don’t accuse me of not helping out. Like I posted on the pre regs, I’m bringing my Wii and copy of the game. I have a MadCatz TvC stick, I’ll bring that too.

I’ve updated the first post to reflect Times of the tournaments to make it simpler to read
I’ve decided to Drop Melty Blood from the official Roster because frankly I don’t know anyone in Orlando who plays it and I’m sure people who do from out of state are saving up to go and play at EVO. However if enough people request it and show up I’ll of course add it on Sunday.
These times are pretty much spot on and I WILL End Registration around 1:30 and get started on 2 pm for the SUper main Event.
All of it will be streamed and the finals being at the end of Saturday so We will finish the Singles on Saturday as well as T6, Mvc2 and HDR.
I’m starting the 3v3 Team tourney on Sunday at NOON. Since people staying saturday night will be nearby and we can get started earlier for people that aren’t staying Sunday night so they can be done and on their way home by the evening.
Question. Would you guys rather I make the 3v3 OCV style or Knockdown. I’m leaning towards OCV Style where Player A can go through A-C on the other team. This will be a Double Elimination Tournament and 15 bucks total per team. No same Characters on one team.
We will have Streamed Money Match hours from Noon til about 1:30 on Saturday. Then 10 am til Noon on Sunday. Then again Sunday night as soon as Teams are done. This will all be archived on www.justin.tv/ceo2010 so you can see all your matches after the event.
OCV gets my vote for 3v3.

Which method is the way that PSN employs? Is it OCV? What does that stand for? lol
In any case, I enjoy that method a lot.
