Haha, well Doom TACs all use the same elements so it isn’t too hard to figure out notations. Plus, notations were on. And I think to add more to that combo, after messing around with it in training mode the hardest part actually seems to be the last LL ADU LMMH at the end of flight. I’m not sure what I’m missing, but I fall out of flight during the LMMH section frequently (like Doom stops flying after my first M). I think it may just be a speed issue.

Hadn’t played in a while, but getting back the feel for my characters, so the team is starting to come together again.

You’re just jump canceling his dash into a special move. That’s pretty standard stuff for all the characters with terribad ground dashes (Hulk, Iron Man, Dorm etc.)

Yeah, but ive never seen anyone jump cancel into plasma beams, which is why i was asking if it’s useful.

It seems like it would be pretty good for closing the gap when zoning. You can do like M+H+assist jump/kara cancel L plasma beam and you get a safe drones call.

I played around with it a bit and it’s good for backing out too, since his backdash seems to cover a nice amount of space.

I forgot about this. I don’t actually know if useful. Well, it is when you do dash back cancel blocked hard kick into a move.
When fighting and wanting to be away I jump up dash down back plasma beam. Seems to cover more space while being awesome.

I made a small combo video of my Mags/Dok/Doom team with notations :slight_smile: There are a few Doom combos in there (corner carry, corner combo, midscreen side switching, TAC), but nothing that hasn’t been done before. Hopefully someone here finds it useful!

Some footage of my new Doom/Sent/Goki team, would like to ask for any advice on how I could particularly play doom better, or even the team better. On this team I try to rushdown with Doom considering my assist choice but I feel as though I’m too impatient. The videos are the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th matches of a serious, no-mic F10 that me and a friend played over XBL. I lost the set 5-10. This isn’t my opponents main team, or even a team he spends time with.

Here are some of the Doom setups and resets I use on my teams. I came up with a Doom variant of FChamp’s anti-TAC mashing reset that he uses with Magneto, and on your last relaunch in the corner, you do: j.L, slight delay (they tech), j.M, j.f+H, j.S, add, j.H (whiffs), etc or some other air to air confirm. This does catch all techs easily. Of course, you have to mix that up with j.M, TAC. It’s nice if you have a good TAC character in the next slot.
