Played entire game, start to finish, on stream yesterday. 3rd climax difficulty. Took me 6.5ish hrs (it was more because i fell asleep for like an hour or so on stream, lol) Final boss is wack and not anywhere as hype as Jubileus. Rest of the game is mad cray doe. Almost DmC level cray.

I tried out the Sage and he’s actually pretty cool to use. But not as fluid as Bayo or Jeanne, and I definitely gotta switch up my playstyle with him. Since he doesn’t shoot guns or etc its not as easy to keep up combos from a range when you need to close in. But once you unlock him I’d definitely say give him a shot!

Find the sage to be a Combo fiend from every range. Long range just mash kicks, up close just push buttons.

Speaking of which, have any of you tried the first game on the WiiU yet? I’m wondering just how different (if at all) it is on WiiU compared to the first two systems it released on.
Also, are the extra costumes for 2 unlocked from the start, or…?
Both 1 and 2 have the nintendo costumes, 2 is the only one that has the Star Fox one though. I don’t know about Bayo 1, but 2 starts with the Star Fox outfit purchasable.
