The qusetion is that why did Sega not release the sequel normally, and why didn’t Mircosoft/Sony cared about Nintendo publishing. We don’t know the full story yet because Sega/Kamiya both have deleted any tweets about Bayonetta 2’s development.

They may have sold terribly but they are good examples of Nintendo’s willingness to have consoles exclusives filled with radical elements. It can’t proven that they sold terribly because of the sex and violence, it probably had more to do with the fact that they were on a console with a “kiddy” stigma and that it was a brand new IP. I can’t really speak as to whether Nintendo is trying to trick anyone or not though, and you bring up some good points that they may actually be doing just that. But if their intention is to fool us into thinking they’re heading in a more mature direction it would be stupid for them to heavily censor a game that the other two consoles didn’t censor. It would be them admitting and proving that they’re full of shit.
Oh and don’t get me wrong, I do think they the game being a Nintendo exclusive is pretty shitty. It forces fans of the series to potentially buy the next gen console of a company that is the only one of the three that didn’t host the original game. So I agree that it would be better if they at least ported it to one of the two systems it freaking started on.

In all honesty, me too. Wii U is just a dumb, childish onomatopoeia that means nothing. At least the name I proposed has actual words. It just goes to show how shitty they are that a ridiculous name like the one I proposed sounds better than the garbage they came up with.
