I don’t now man, if I could figure out how to map my stick with xpadder for DongDongDie, that game with a keyboard is extra hype. Boss character with a fireball infinite from across the screen? Crazy shit, crazy.
I hope they don’t just remake the Smash movesets for the Nintendo characters. There’s a lot of things they could have don’t for Bowser, but he looks very similar.
They’re going mostly for tribute movesets so it would seem lazy otherwise. Like Cloud is Dissidia+Kingdom Hearts, KOS-MOS is NamcoXCapcom/Xenosaga+SRWOG Saga: Exceed Frontier, and Bowser seems both Smash and Superstar.
A bit worried about the balance though. Bowser’s corner stuff does more than ultimates and for support strikers, you may get another Colossus/Another Iori/Chairperson situation where its useless to use anything else.
How could this NOT end up being broken?
Should still be pretty fun though.
Roster seems random as fuck, though. Somebody likes Namco x Capcom a little too much.
Man I was wondering where those professional looking Nintendo sprites were coming from. I kept seeing smash character sprites all over the place and didn’t know wtf those came from.

Confirms what I’ve always said about Mugen: that it’s simply a framework and the fact that we only see rotting crap made from it is mostly testament to the difficulty of making games in the first place, not because Mugen itself sucks. Game looks good. Dosen’t interest me all that much, bt I’d like to play it. :tup:
