Am kinda curious how long this movie is gonna be, if GSP is a bad guy in it and we all know the only way he can fight is by to lay greased up on another man motionless for 25 minutes… then surely this is gonna be a pain in the ass for the editor?

So, it seems Joss Whedon said Agents of SHIELD will lead to Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it were true. Sebastian Stan has a recurring role Once Upon a Time so he’s got a good relationship with the network. Winter Soldier showing up on AoS as a lead-in to the movie would be cool.
First Captain America movie had potential but it was just so milquetoast. This one looks a bit better.

Wasn’t really impressed with the first movie. While I though IM3 was decent, this has the potential to blow it out of the water pretty easily. What if that was Marvel’s way of putting Cap back at the forefront of the Avengers team LOL
I don’t like the “updates” to the costumes in these movies (specifically Hawkeye) but it should be an enjoyable way to kill an hour or two.
These “updates” are in the comics also.

he was talking about how he didnt like how they change the look of comic book characters in the movies, my only guess is he wants them to look the same as the original comic character. Like Hawkeye used to look like. So no, comic book characters dont always look the same

I said the Ultimate version. my comment pertained to that version of the character only. You fucked up by using alternative universe versions of those characters to begin with.

I bet you anything he wanted to see the OG purple Hawkeye. I have friends the same way who have read the old comics, and expect to see the Golen age marvel characters. Though when they see the movies they seen how much they changed over the years, and not have read the newer comics
End of the day, these Marvel movies have always taken there cues from the Ultimate comics with the costumes with the exception of Thor and Iron Man.
