What kind of stick do you use? Do you know that some MadCatz and Hori sticks can randomly lag for 1f?
ha, I don’t use stick, I use the gold old ps3 pad. I’ve been playing on a playstation controller since I was like 12.
I don’t like stick to much to be honest. I understand why people perfer stick over pad, it’s just that it’s to janky for me personally.
If I can perform the actions I want to perform on a pad 100% of the time, then I see no reason to get a stick.
…but yeah I didn’t know madcatz and hori sticks cause lag, lol.
i thought it was my stick thats causing all the missed fireball denjins and EX’S.
so many times i wanted to destroy it with my 10# sledgehammer.

Seriously I haven’t owned a console since like… Actually when I bought a PS2 for Anniversary edition with 3s.
So basically I spent roughly 300 bucks on this game including the stick cost and everything… and now I’m back to playing the emulated version and trying to buy a cab so we can play it here locally…
I’m pretty bummed out by this. I really don’t understand how they can promise and promise and promise “arcade perfect” and deliver something so incredibly far from it it’s laughable. I just recently played the real cabs at Super Arcade when I was out there mid-October and the difference is obvious. So obvious.
I just don’t know what else to do or say about it.
I guess if anyone on here knows of anyone selling a real 3s board or cab (that I’ll somehow get to Jacksonville, Fucking FLA) let me know? Hahaha. Seriously though… Let… Me… Know…
I know everyone knows about the music cutting out all the time, post patch, offline, but has anyone noticed voices cutting out? Dare I say it seems to happen even more often after this most recent patch…

On a lighter note thanks for implementing the record feature. People have been wanting that since day one and they got it in and its pretty dope. To bad they didnt announce it anywhere really? Either way good shit on that. I finally dont have to do parry training a thousand times to time the perfect setup on my guard.

i don’t think it’s possible to make these old arcade games arcade perfect on consoles. sf4 feels the exact same to me on xbox as it does in the arcade. i don’t know about blazblue, tekken 6, and all the other new games but sf4 is arcade perfect on console. playing 3soe, ps2 3s, dc 3s, and emu pc 3s all feel different to me than on the actual arcade board. i have to admit that 3soe comes the closest but yeah, it’s got so many problems that it almost doesn’t really matter. if 3s was being made on the new arcade boards like taito x2 or whatever, then i bet they could make it arcade perfect on current consoles. unfortunately with 3soe, this is as good as it gets for 3s gameplay on console. i think with emu’s it’s possible to be even closer to arcade perfect on a pc but who knows when that’s going to happen.
