Bushido Blade was not a terrible game at all. Very fun and skilled game. I would love it if squareenix made bushibo blade 3 with the system that the first one had.

Better versions of the screens in the scans. Game looks almost unbelievably bad. Straight up PS1 shit.
I still can’t tell if it’s cel-shaded or not. That hair on the girl in particular looks barely early PS2 quality.

Her feet seems to be through the floor! And look at that drinking-straw-syndrome on her legs, that’s a really basic error to make… Amateur hour in the artist department!

And I loved Gameboy Toshinden. It was awesome. One of the first games I had for gameboy.
Let’s just hope it’s a really early Alpha. this game won’t sell with these graphics.

I’m not surprised they didn’t dare to show any gameplay… The 3d work indicated by the screenshots we’ve seen makes me ashamed to be a 3d artist. They need to step that shit up, it didn’t even look like doujin quality. :tdown:
I remember playing BAT on the PS1 back in the day. But what is the use of a sequel that has none of the original characters or design style? The whole point of a sequel at this time is at least some nostalgia factor…Hell SFIII:NG at least had Ken and Ryu.
I know, it sucks that none of the original characters are in. Since this is still very early in the games life, that may change. Hopefully this new one will be decent.
