if he jumped in on you at the final moments of your drill you could probably CS no problem. If that wasn’t the case shrug**goes to training
If you wanna do Cannon drill > Cannon spike again. Then stay close to opponent, FA, dash cansel back twice. Then do a medium cannon drill > cannon spike.
Think somebody wrote this before, alla bout positioning the cannon drill.
Funny I read a post in here with combos and damage scaling for her Ultra, but can’t seem to find it now…
Anyway for the one who wrote it, nice stuff but did u test them with the Ultra gauge at 50%?
Thanks for the redircet
i understood what you mean but id probably only see that happening on the last round of a set so meter isnt completely wasted without reason. i only say this cuz despite what i tell the dudes i play they dont see how they get punished once i force them to use all her ex or how they constantly get reversed after a tk cannon strike tryin to be fancy but seein as im the one who came up with it round my area i can see how they dont know how to apply it .
sorry for my n00bness…how did you FADC so fast? I didn’t see the dash animation and the ultra came out already…
My problem is I can’t seem to FADC anything into the ultra before dash forward/backward animation comes out…is there a shortcut to FADCf/FADCb?
^
Not quite a “shortcut” i suppose… but hit your mediums and back at the same time… then just tap back one more time to finish the FADCb.
so when i press the 2nd back, do i still hold the mediums? or do i tap it the first time and let go if i can complete this fast enuf?
You don’t need to hold mediums, just tap them quickly.
u dont need fadc , just to execute ultra as fast as possible after the canonstrike
Sorry to steal your idea here but I couldn’t help it

could probably add one more regular cannon strike in there before the ultra but I’m not 100% with the reverse tiger knee yet.
Ahem not that I’m playing her in this game or anything just kinda starting another video
That was pretty much the same combo as Alioune’s… except 2 more EX Cstrikes and 1 less normal Cstrike…
still looking forward to another Cammy vid though.
Got a bit of a problem with her regular c.lk > c.lp >c.lk > cannon drill
after the last c.lk her cannon drill dont wanna come out unless i go into neutral after the c.lp. Do you have to go to neutral, or is it just something about timing?
Have had this problem with other chars to.
It’s because you cannot cancel a cLK into a spiral arrow, or any special attack for that matter, unless it’s either a stand-alone attack, or it’s linked.
For example: [cLK XX Spiral Arrow] works, [cLK > cLK XX Spiral Arrow] fails because you’re cancelling the cLK into the proceeding cLK. When performing her [cLK > cLP > cLK XX Spiral Arrow] you want to perform the final cLK late in comparison to the other attacks so that it links as opposed to cancelling. When you go to neutral all you’re really doing is giving it enough time to link. So suffice to say, if going to neutral works for you, then stick to that, but if not then you can perform the combo like this:
cLK, cLP, pause slightly (no need to go to neutral), cLK XX Spiral Arrow.
Hope that helped…
Ahh thanks alot, that explains things. Gonna go practise the timing =)
If you can c.lk -> c.lp -> c.lk -> arrow because the last c.lk is linked, could you instead use a c.mk for the third move or does that not link?
I cannot test it because I can only do the links 1/20 or so times.
c.lp doesn’t produce enough hitstun for Cammy to be able to link a c.mk to it, but maybe I’m mistaken. I’ll look for frame data.
I’m having a bit of difficulty getting a couple combos down:
- c.lk, c.lp, c.lk, SA
I can’t get the timing for the final c.lk into SA. I can do a normal c.lk into SA, but when I land the first two hits, it seems like the timing gets wayy harder. Any helpful info on what I could be doing wrong?
EDIT: looks like this issue was answered on the last page! haha
- EX dive kick into ultra
I can get this to work if I hit the opponent’s feet, but otherwise, they seem to block the ultra in time. That makes sense (I guess) for the dive kick hitting high, but what about hitting around their waist? Is it possible to combo into the Ultra from there (meaning I just need to get the timing down) or is it impossible?
You’re probably chaining the attacks instead of linking them. Most characters can chain jabs and shorts into each other. However, if you’re chaining attacks, you won’t be able to cancel them into specials or supers. Therefore, you have to link the c.lk after the cr.lp as soon as the punch animation ends.
Of course, this is pretty much stated on this very page.
