Hey guys I made a combo video of some practical combos that i came up with while playing around with Cammy last night, Spent about 3 hours just playing around with her and trying to learn openings and stuff, but its all really hard with a 360 pad

I didnt think the do tiger knee motion backwards and KK for an OTG EX cannon Strike
I havent went through her hard trial yet cause im having too much trouble trying to buffer the QCF motion on the 360 pad
I could have done a bit more with them but i just wanted to leave it open for discussion at first
next im gonna try and work on a Ryu Practical Combo Video
for the first combo I’d suggest replacing the spiral arrow with cannon spike…cannon spike does more damage and more stun than SA so any time you CAN do it you should
jump in FP, cl. FP, cannon spike, FADCf cannon spike
does 420 damage
and 700 stun
and you can tack on a GDS after for some more damage (heavily scaled though)
2 more fierces, or really any sort of hit->special move should stun most characters
That is a very nice combo indeed. Did you use a p-pad? I ask because doing the regular strike so low to the ground seems prohibitively hard. On the other hand, I think I hear someone mashing on a stick in the video XD Also, I’m amazed it doesn’t stun Akuma, or would it have if he stil had normal stun bar length?

2 Ex canon strike > canon strike > ultra
combo into the “real” ultra ^^
Zenfire i disabled the stun in the practice mode
554 stun for the first one, akuma got 850
also u can use a shortcut to do it instand airborne
like qcb>Up forward kick , im used to it since i was using dan in sfa3 who got these types of moves
for the pad , i use this one
can switch dpad and stick position in 2 secs lol
(Forgive my lack of searching. Disabled search + trying to type at work = noob status)
Is it possible to do a Spike, FADCf, then jump and air throw them? Or is there not enough time before they fall? Just a thought I had one day, wasn’t sure if someone else had the same idea.
Btw, that 4xEX Strike = SO GOOD! Opponent looks at it and says “What health bar?”
I just fooled around with the 4x EX strike combo. It’s fun.
I’ve really been enjoying doing this:
j.fp -> s.fp -> Cspike -> FADC -> Cspike/Ultra
It’s really just an added j.fp to one of the combos on the first post, but I get to use it fairly often, as it starts with a jump in.
Also, the Cspike -> FADC -> Cspike combo (and it’s variations) ARE usable in the corner, you just have to BACK-DASH instead of forward, and throw out the spike as quickly as possible. I’m not sure if it’s been mentioned, but I stumbled upon this earlier.
I did not know about the OTG strike shortcut! Guess I shoulda played the alpha series XD
Linking the strikes is actually easy, I’m totally surprised. I think this makes her considerably better in my head than I thought she was before.
EDIT:
Only thing that bites is that you can block the cannon strike low which limits its use, but it’s still such an easily verifiable combo with big payoff. I’m still excited about it =]
EDIT2:
Forgot to mention. It turns out the blockstun on EX strike is MUCH lower than hitstun. So much so that if you do EX strike > LK strike, you can actually get dp’d out of the second one.
