What the fuck dude…
I expect to see ads for lawyers that will charge fees to be your Friday night wingman.
Looks like Sennin won’t be getting any action in Cali from here on out! Zzzzzzinnngggggggg!
Nah, but seriously, this is basically just something to give those murky cases something to stand on. I highly doubt this is going to change much of anything. People misinterpret signals all the time and short of having a Love Contract, I don’t really see how this would go beyond a “he-said=she-said” type of thing. Chicks just need to take responsibility for their own safety and that will go a long way.
From the Text of the bill:
Yea this is troubling. Consent can be revoked at any time. Whats the process of doing that? There’s no instructions on this. You can just consent to sex then just revoke it non verbally later. Plus this seems to put more of the burden of proof on the one accused of rape rather than the accuser cause if you didn’t follow the every step of gaining consent, its implicit rape by default.
This bill has every potential to be abused and skewed too. The existing policy on a drunk man and drunk woman having sex is that the drunk man somehow ends up being a rapist, so I’d imagine if it came down to a "he said she said"situation the enforcers will side with the woman almost every time.
Guy: I’m about to put it in. Do you want to have sex with me?
Girl: I guess~
Guy: …Do you consent to me inserting my penis into your vagina?
Girl: Heehee, I dunno~
Guy:
What if the guy cums before the girl and she gets mad and says no right before he pulls out?
So girl says yes at the time, regrets it the next morning and swears blind she never said yes.
Recording devices just became more important than condoms in California.
Sexy-ass Sandra Bullock in that catsuit cop uniform…
The future can’t cum fast enough…
Also something about Rob Schneider, some seashells, and “We’re Sorry” nudity
hahah so glad i dont live in cali what a shit state hahaha east coast mother fuckers hahahahahahahaha
Nope, unless she agrees to the record I g and its use, you can’t legally do that. Sorry, but Califas is fucked up
I will be god’s-honest surprised if anyone gets convicted of anything based on this bill. This thing is a bandaid. I can’t even imagine how you could get pinched on this unless you’re REALLY raping her.
This scenario just got scarier in Cali. It’s surprising how many women are into this shit too.
If asking for permission to kiss a girl killed the mood before…
“Madame, may I insert my equine phallus betwixt thine moist firmament of bliss?”
Really, if a chick even mentions this, would YOU even bother going beyond where you’re at??
WEll, it was good enough to post twice but…EDITDOUBLEPOST
I’m getting in on the ground floor and patenting the three seashells.
So if some bitch is giving me a bj can I revoke concent right after I cum but before she gets her mouth away and get her thrown in prison for sexual assualt ?
Now now everybody knows all women have the mentality of 5yr old children. At least that’s how they apparently want to be treated and laws like this prove it . They hate nasty words like self accountability .
It shouldn’t be that big of a deal, honestly. If Cali girls are just like any other girls in the US, then they are out there looking for sex and a good time in their youth just the same. With my old college, you buy them some drinks, they have a great time, had sex with you drunk that night, and were calling you the next day sober wanting to hook up again and go out because last night was fun, including the drunk sex. That same scenario plays out millions of times across the nation every week. Now you will hear some fucked up stories surfacing because of this bill but it won’t be the majority.
Honestly, I have never understood why feminists are the supposed champions of female independence yet everything they do treats women as if they are children and incapable of independent thought. So if you are going for a random hook up, I think you are better off going to her place, hooking up and never telling her your real name. This bill just sounds like another way to charge men with rape.
