Is there any real benefit to staying online for tournament games? You can play versus offline can’t you?
I mean it’s idiotic for it to stop you mid match in an offline match but at least there is a work around. Starcraft was/is a pain in the ass because there isn’t any LAN ever. At least we have the option here.

Yeah. Irritating still… And if the game were to be hotfixed for some reason you’d be screwed. (I dunno if SFV can be hotfixed like some other fighting games so not sure it matters)
