I’m pretty skeptical on going with the dollar value right now, I really want to but unsure currently
I mean, saving up a grand in the next 5 or so months isn’t bad but going to mexico and seeing how awful the exchange rate really was made me want to stay away from the states for awhile lol
The beta for Planescape: Tides of Numenara is out.
If you liked the writing in Undertale, you’d be doing yourself a gigantic disservice if you ignored this game. The original Planescape: Torment is still probably my favourite game of all time, so I have high hopes. So far, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
It’s not that bad since the monorail has a stop by the convention centre and is pretty cheap. And the Sunday is on the exact opposite end of the strip anyways.
Huh? But where are all the skeleton memes and hilarious “jokes” about dogs doing nothing in particular? Where’s the doting mother character to make EB/UT fans feel comfortable about being adult babies? Where’s the unfunny soliloquies about how game completionists are worse criminals than Hitler? Somehow I don’t think there’s going to be a huge crossover in fanbases here.
The quality of the writing is at least on par, probably better. The tone and themes are different for sure, but anyone who’s interested in seeing how good writing can really carry a game should take a look.
I’ve been jamming to sick DMC beats http://youtu.be/fLqXkpVGBrc
It’s almost as addictive as the buttrock in 3D Sonic games. Remember when Capcom used to make good things? Me too…
Must have heard this a million times after the 10 minute boss run every time he killed me. And this was the real man’s DMC3, before the stealth nerf in the special edition ;). (Game was harder in the West than it was in Japan because they screwed up the difficulty settings in the localization).
I tried going back a few weeks ago but I either had way more patience for boss runs as a kid, or I sucked less at games.
