If only they gave super izuna drop in earlier version of SF. Vega is the dopest character that ever lived. The thrill of playing Vega is dormant in my brain right now. Haven’t had any desire to play street fighter in a long time. Maybe when the next one comes out.

i pretty much need everything, starting from scratch here so I do need a monitor keyboard etc. as far as games go pretty much everything. Fighters adventure fps whatever. I’m not really into mmos but eh I could be lol. As far as budget I’d like to keep it under 1500 but I dunno if I can. Again I’m not very familiar with this sort of stuff. Thanks for the help mike

laptops are the way to go man. once you go laptop you never go backtop.
If you get a gaming laptop with the new GTX 970 yeah you can basically replace your desktop with one of those. Graphics power still isn’t quite on par with a big ol box but the 970 is so fast it won’t bother you much. if you actually need a monitor, keyboard and all that your $1,500 budget might actually get you a laptop that is equivalent in power to the ~$1,100 desktop you could afford after getting a good monitor, keyboard and mouse
I personally don’t like the idea of a gaming laptop… primarily because i don’t like how hot they get, and i don’t like not having dual monitors… thats a very, very, very huge deal for me now. It’s hard to go back to single display lol
good dual monitors, a good keyboard/mouse alone would probably be like $800+ though lol. Laptop suggestions are definitely viable, just personal preference to me.
If I can get a decent laptop than can run games n stream that would be fine, but if I need to modify it later or upgrade certain parts id imagine it would be a pain. I don’t want to have to buy a completely new laptop every year
i’ll be honest, a great top of the line gaming laptop costs $1800 before taxes but its sooo worth it. it’ll last you at least minimum 3 years. you bring it anywhere. that benefit alone is worth it.
i bought my gaming laptop almost 2 years ago for $1800 and its still top notch.
get a desktop
- how much are you gonna travel with it
- you’re gonna pay more for less
- dual monitors(u could get a dock and shit but why)
- not upgradable generally
- runs hot
- small ass screen
- not very ergonomic
- more reasons
- seriously just get a desktop
i travel with my laptop very often and i bring it room to room on a daily basis.
the number 1 reason to buy a laptop is
you can’t watch porn on a desktop.

I built my comp in 2008 and it’s really starting to show its age too. I mean it can still run most games since they’re usually console ports, but it’s coming apart at the seams.
And phones!
to each their own to fit their lifestyle i guess but i love playing games on my laptop while laying in bed.

I will never buy another laptop again. This thing overheats like a mother fucker and has degraded quickly in the past year. It is three years old but I would expect something that cost this much to last a little longer.
