And I can’t help but think ‘retread, retread, retread.’ We are not far removed at all from how epic Spiderman 1 and 2 were.
I’m glad Marvel is going to have Spiderman in their own movies now, cause I believe they will prove to be more capable than the guys in charge of these movies.
edit 2: Like they keep playing up how Max Dillon is a “nobody”. What the fuck? He’s a super smart electrical engineer who designed the power grid for a huge part of New York City and works for the most powerful corporation in (seemingly) the world? WTF

There were a few eye rolls. I feel like they wasted a great spiderman in Andrew Garfield and ever since I saw Chronicle I have been a huge fan of the actor who played Harry Osborne. A total waste. Sigh

What appears to be happening is that he chucks a rose as a lightning-fast projectile and it allows him to hitconfirm into a bunch of shit from full screen. Pretty scary.

I approve. His animations are suitably beautiful and command grab without claw sounds awesome. Mostly I just can’t wait to hear his new theme song.
