I really like that meter from V-skills seems to be heavily tied to very skill/read-based abilities. (Vega dodge, Ryu parry etc)
The better player should be getting meter to make up for the other guy getting meter for getting trounced regardless.

So mike something similar happened to me in game, Talos was charging command throw and I did super, we traded I flopped around the screen and wound up in a neutral falling state inside Talos, after doing one invis I was unable to act, and he couldn’t hit me.
