also greg what is your building like to live in? quiet neighbours/good landlord etc? those are our main concerns about living downtown whether its gonna be noisy etc or not. neighbours too we are like an old couple we like our peace and quiet.

Super quiet… someone had a party and immediately got blasted by the landlords. It’s not really downtown at all, more like Kensington / hipsterland, with organic stores and coffee shops. The location is actually pretty amazing… Not sure if the place is still for rent but I saw a sign a while back. I’ll let you know later if it still is and hook you up with a number.
