This might seem like a no brainer, but have you updated your drivers? When Vanilla came out on on PC it ran like shit on my rig and I wasn’t sure why. I had just updated drivers a couple of days before so I didn’t think anything of it, but as a last resort I tried it and the difference was like night and day.
Nvidia may have just released driver udpates for it since it was released.
could always be v-sync, that was always a huge problem with people.

Nah it’s not drivers, I keep my rigs up to date.
Capcom probably just did a bad job of telling you what video card you’re actually using, because there is no way the integrated graphics card could perform as it is.
