i’ve tried to give the thing a chance … this is my 2nd 3ds, lol.

yep way too cool for pokemans and animal crossing.
sigh. i just wish i could bring myself to like those things, i could have so much more fun.
seriously though, what about project X zone? has anyone tried it?
and is mario 3d land good?
otherwise i’m jumping ship!
apparently project x zone is like 70+ hours of the demo
Smash is coming to 3DS. That’s enough reason for me to hold onto mine :).
Project X Zone isn’t supposed to feature a whole ton of gameplay, just a bunch of crossover fanservice. I don’t really know what type of game you’re looking for, but if it’s gameplay heavy, it’s probably not the answer. Maybe try the demo and see what you think.
Mario 3D Land is supposed to be good if you like the new Nintendo Mario formula.
What kind of games do you like to play/are looking to play, anyway?
The first two levels in every game is easy on easy mode derryk
If there’s one controller (apart from phone) that I’d hate to play Smash on, it’d be the 3DS. That analog stick just wouldn’t work.
Pokemon is alright, but Animal Crossing blows every dick on the planet.
If you think otherwise you are wrong.
Dieminion thinks Guile beats Hakan worse than any other character, including Honda and Bison??
Isn’t this matchup pretty even or maybe in Hakan’s favor?
Did you know you come back to town on my days off?? Do you know what that means?
He also thinks Guile Gen is even.
Noooooo. . Guile make Hakan sad. really difficult to slide under not-ex booms, he can AA with ease, and flash kick is massive and breaks focus approaches. Upside down kick is also a great normal against Hakan because it’s immune to throws and cause both ultras to whiff.
I think it comes down to getting past booms and once that happens it’s about trying to bait flash kicks and whiff low mks. I also find the shotos easier to safe jump than Guile, because his flash kick is massive and requires frame perfect whiff s. jab setups…
Most all the charge characters are considered rough for Hakan. …except Rog.
Guile can’t reliably keep Hakan unoiled though, right? And Guile kinda has to use flash kick to blow up focus approaches which seems pretty risky? I dunno, maybe jab boom zoning is super effective on Hakan but it seems like he can just stack oil and then force Guile into bad spots?
you can make fire emblem hard as all balls if you really want to and guaranteed that game will fuck you up if you dont know what you are doing.
mario 3d land is good but doesnt get difficult until youve beat the 1st 8 worlds
luigis mansion is not hard (so far) but then i dont think it was ever meant to be hard as nails anyway.
if pokemans is for kids then SF is for people who like to button mash. that shit is hardcore if you want it to be.
I want a game that plays like Smash but also has easy MvC3-style combos. Combos and stuff are too difficult to do in Smash the way it is. I’d change it by adding air throws, putting a bigger focus on duelling and combos, and a “light attack” button that’s used for all the jabs, leaving the Smash Attack button exclusively for big knock-away attacks. So you could use an uptilt in the same style as a Marvel launcher.
A combo with Donkey Kong could go like, light attack > Up tilt > jump cancel > light > light > light> F-Air or Giant Punch. You could end a combo with a Smash Attack or a powerful special, or you could deliberately end it early and go for an air throw reset.
The health system would change too; rather than counting up to 999, health would count down from a number that’s character specific (for example, Link would have 150 HP but someone like Dedede would have 350). Reducing someone’s health to zero and THEN smashing them off the stage is the only way to kill them. Falling off the stage with non-zero HP teleports you back onto it, but a bit of your health is taken away. If you jump off at zero HP then it’s considered a suicide. You can still fight at zero HP, but it’d be like living on a magic pixel in Street Fighter or Marvel; almost any decently strong attack will kill you at this point. You cannot get saved by level geometry when you get smashed away, as your character will simply get blasted THROUGH the stage in a very comedic fashion (they drill through the center of the level and explode out the other side).
That’s for making a Smash game though. If it were some other license I’d do it differently. I think they should make a Rareware All-Star fighter for Xbox One…
Dave lets clone ur ditto on Sunday and battle
i want a ditto clone. also who’s all going to the fgcc tomorrow?
