That’s actually one of the changes I was planning on making, to an extent… though it would be tweaked a bit to compensate. Basically it would be doing slightly less damage than normal whenever you hit them in the air, but the hit that triggers the cinematic would have juggle potential whereas normally it does not. Which means you can DP -> FADC U2. U1 would be receiving some small tweaks as well to extend its usefulness, to account for the fact that people would theoretically just start using only U2.
The idea is to slightly tone down any blatantly ridiculous things while giving characters more utility. Ultras are a big target here; I think it’s marginally retarded that certain characters will only ever use one of their ultras because the other one has no practical use whatsoever. I would be tweaking a lot of ultras to ensure that they’d exist for more than just aesthetics. That’s not the whole deal, but it’s a focus.
