i prob wont get the black magic for at least a few months. my elgato works amazing with my new laptop. i still prefer the hauppauge though at 60fps.
the elgato has sharper lines but that compensates for the smoothness in the frames per second.
the hauppauge has much more vibrant colours and is much much smoother at 60fps.
i’m going to use both devices this weekend and see what everyone prefers.
