For the moment, just move mechanics. So essentially balance stuff. But given proper time with the tool set I can change anything from damage and frames to move physics and juggle properties. So there’s a lot of room for subtle change. I don’t really have the artistic talent to do stage or character mods. All of the game’s current animations are locked in anyway and no additions can be made, so you wouldn’t really be seeing anything new or exciting in that sense anyway. Nothing that looks clean, anyway.
So far I have ideas for Ryu, Gen, and Guy. I’ll be planning out a lot more soon enough.

And they’re also only supporting 4 events, because a lot of people thought seeding points last year was just who could afford to go to the most majors, and not who were the best players. I mean, that’s a fair point I guess, but… 4 events + deciding the seeding at your own discretion later? Might as well just look at the entire SF4 playerbase (including visiting foreign players who won’t be attending these tournaments) and decide seeding arbitrarily when EVO comes.

Fuerte has a projectile. He throws a spicy pepper. You can use his far strong animation. Works like Hawkeyes Violent Fizz, where if the opponent gets hit, they lose more life over time because that pepper is so fucking hot.
