An individual i know has received a jury summons. This individual is supposed to go on vacation during the day he has been summoned.
Can he in anyway possible make it so that he does not have to go to court that day.

there should be a spot where you can send back a piece of paper that says you are ineligible for jury duty for X reason, if he sends it back and says he’s going to be out of town, that should be fine. Afaik, they’re pretty lenient with regards to people not being available for jury duty.

The funny thing about the Wikipedia blackout is that it still loads pages, but just creates a Javascript overlay so you can’t read it.
This is remedied by simply installing the greasemonkey script that turns it off, or even easier still, simply disabling JS. So basically it’s only blacked out to people who are incompetent with computers.
