Anybody know anything about The Big Taste week in Calgary? A friend of mine living in Colorado started taunting me with a 10-day period in his city where tons of high-class restaurants have a smaller menu that you can order off of for a set price over a 3 course meal. He then found out that Calgary does something similar. From a Calgary website:
“Every spring we hold The Big Taste Calgary, our annual dining program, which is the 11 tastiest days of the year. Top chefs in the heart of the city prepare three course set menus at pre-set prices for lunch and dinner. The 2011 program is over, but mark March 2 to 12, 2012 on your calendars now. This is an event you do not want to miss!”
