looking for some insight. do you guys think i should go to a different company? basically my situation is that if i wait till april ill be getting a $5-$6/hour raise but if i go somewhere else now, i can get a $10-$12/hour raise. the environment here is the best place ive ever worked at. is it worth trading in comfort and convenience for a significant raise? its been weighing on my mind since december. i really like it here but damn i can barely save any money.
