sf4 is sf4 and 3rd strike is 3rd strike, 2 different games, i understand that.

I’m glad you did some research. If thats the same model stick that you have then you won’t need a dremel. Hori has made so many different stick models that I can’t remember which has what. From the top of my head, I know that the T5 and T6 hori sticks both require a dremel.
Swapping the buttons is mad easy. Swap the buttons one at a time. Just take the quick disconnects off of one button and pop it out. Then put in the new sanwa button and reconnect the quick disconnects. It makes no difference what so ever which pin you connect them to.
